Yes.
If you want to use smaconne in a Domino cluster, you must activate it on each cluster server. Note that smaconne is not subject to cluster replication.

smaconne App Configuration documents must also be configured on each cluster server.

You can copy and paste the App Configuration documents. If the referring Domino server is different for each cluster server, you will need to change the server name.
