After you have replaced the design with a new template of smaconne and have a new build number, but you may not be able to see the features listed in the release notes.
This is due to the fact that when you replace the design, some of the old design is left behind without being successfully removed.
In this case, initialize the design of the smaconne database by replacing the design once with another template that does not have the design, and then replace the design again with the new template of smaconne.
Please refer to the instructions below for specific instructions.
- Be sure to back up your current smaconne app by replicating it locally or otherwise.
- Create a template with no design elements in the Notes (local) data directory, or download an "empty database" from here and place it in the Notes (local) data directory.
- Launch the Domino Administrator with the Notes/Domino system administrator account.
This account must be authorized to run agents on the Domino server. - Replace your current smaconne app design with the empty template that you created or downloaded in 2.
In the "Replace Application Design" dialog, turn off the "Hide formulas and LotusScript" checkbox.
- (Optional) After the replace design is completed, open the smaconne app in Domino Designer and make sure that there are no design elements.。
- Place the new smaconne template in the Notes (local) data directory and sign all design elements with the Notes/Domino system administrator account.
- Replace the smaconne app design with the template you signed in 6.
