If I want to register multiple Notes apps created from one template to smaconne, do I have to register one each?

2020/6/4 Created.

Basically, each Notes app used by smaconne needs to be registered, but if you want to use multiple Notes apps created from the same template, you can register them by copying and pasting the configurations of application configuration documents.

The specific steps are as followings.

  1. Launch the Notes with smaconne administrator account.
  2. Open smaconne with Notes.
  3. Register the Notes app created from the same template.
  4. Open "App Configurations by File Name" View.
  5. Expand the configuration of the Notes app registered in step 3, and copy all the View and Form Configuration documents as well as the App Configuration documents.
  6. Select the row with the server name displayed and paste.
  7. Open the App Configuration document after confirming that all of the configuration documents copied in 5 have been pasted.
  8. Open and change to edit mode the App Configuration document, and click the [Select Notes app...] button.
  9. Be sure to click the [No] button when a dialog message appears asking if you want to initialize the configured values.
  10. In the "Choose Application" dialog, open the other Notes app created from the same template.
  11. Make sure that the Notes app opened in 10 is set in the basic information, and then click [Save & Close] button.
  12. Repeat 6 to 11 for number of other Notes apps created from the same template.
