Can I make the smaconne App List Page show only apps that logged in users can access?

Yes, you can.

If you specify "Users" field in each App Configuration document in smaconne, the app will be displayed on the App List Page only for the users/groups that are set as "Users". The default for "Users" field is empty and it will be displayed to all smaconne users.

Furthermore, even if you are the user in the smaconne App Configuration document (or even if empty is configured), the app will not appear on the App List Page if the target Notes app does not have access to it.

Also, you can set a "Users" for each tab in the App List Page. If a user is not in "Users" of a tab, the tab itself will not be displayed, and the apps in that tab will not be displayed at all. The default for "Users" of a tab is also empty, the tab will be displayed to all smaconne users.
