If the Notes app does not appear in the App List Page, please check if the user's user name has been registered in the ACL of the Notes app as an Japanese alias.
If it is registered as a Japanese alias, please register it again with an English user name.
Since smaconne runs as a Domino Web app, the user accesses the Domino Web server as an Internet user. The ACL of smaconne and the Notes app registered with smaconne must not be aliases, but rather the name that appears as the first entry in the User Name of the user document (typically a common name in English).
