Release Notes

BestCommunications, Inc. has released an updated version of smaconne (build: 2023030301) with additional/improved features on March 16, 2023. The update includes the following contents. For details, please refer to the "smaconne User Manual".

• Added [Save All] button for attachments
• Click the [Save All] button to save all attachments of the document into your download folder.
• Only visible in PC web browser or PWA if there is an attachment.

• Added [Export this View] button
• Click the [Export this View] button saves the current view as the XML file into your download folder.
• This is only visible when the user assigned the [Admin] role opens the view page in PC web browser or PWA.

• Added [Export this Document] button
• Click the [Export this Document] button saves all of the following from the current document into your download folder.
• Attachments
• Image files embedded in rich text fields
• XML file
• This is only visible when the user assigned the [Admin] role opens the document page with read mode in PC web browser or PWA.

• 64-bit version of HCL Notes is now supported
• We have checked the complete set of smaconne apps according to the " Guidelines in updating applications to run on the 64-bit version of HCL Notes 12.0.2 " and found them to work without problems.
  
• To use the following with the 64-bit version of HCL Notes, please use the 64-bit version of Microsoft Excel.
• "smaconne" app

• Import from Excel/Export to Excel of URL Conversion Configuration
• "Excel Linkage" function

• Changed display of paragraph tags
• Until the fourth quarter edition of 2022, there was no space before and after the paragraph tag (p tag), but starting with this quarter's edition, there will be one line of space before and after.
• This is in response to customer feedback that it is indistinguishable from the line break tag (br tag).

• Reduced size of "smaconne" app
• We reduced the size of the app by removing design elements that are no longer used.

• Upgraded jQuery
• Upgraded from 3.6.1 to 3.6.3.

• Upgraded Font Awesome
• Upgraded from 6.2.0 to 6.3.0.

• Upgraded CKEditor 5
• Upgraded from v35.1.0 to v36.0.1.

• The following issues have been fixed
• The "Principal" field in the "Configuration Tool for Mail & Calendar" app is not handled correctly.
