Frequently Asked Questions

Specifically, the following error message is displayed and smaconne cannot open the attachments.

Error 500
HTTP Web Server Lotus Notes Exception - You are not authorized to access that database.

This is caused by the following settings in the Notes app where the attached files are stored.

• In the "Web Access" section of the "Database Properties", the ”Don't allow URL open" checkbox is ON.

Please turn OFF the "Don't allow URL open" checkbox.
